Manny has been a HGV Driver for several years now. He has driven his truck for sometime now and has gained lots of road experience and road time in his career. It has been a rewarding career for him but for the past several years of his travels, it came to his thoughts that his time as a HGV driver is slowly becoming monotonous and tiring already. He contemplated what other alternative career choice he has at his age and experience. He thought of shifting to a career that is nearer to his current job but a bit different where he will not be required to travel on long distances. He plans to still use his knowledge and skills as HGV driver still without having to really travel.

One Sunday morning, while he was on a rest day after a long travel after delivering loads in his truck the whole week. He came by a driving school and saw that there were lots of students asking for assistance and training to learn how to drive. Then an image of past came to his realization that when he was still new to being HGV driver he once had to hire a driving instructor to help him out in passing the driver's license exams which he had taken long time ago. An idea came to his mind about becoming a driving instructor himself. He suddenly came to the school and started inquiring about becoming a driving instructor. Well the driving school has been very accommodating and told him that to be driving instructor one has to be re-trained to become an Authorized Driving Instructor. He was given a syllabus and since that school was not offering a Driving Instructor course he was referred to several other schools that are offering such a course.

The next day he started scouting those schools in the list and started asking about it and many had offered and given him a quote about it. Many schools became interested in his working background and even offered him a job to join them after he passes the exams for driving instructor. He decided to pursue the career and endured doing his HGV driving while he still has to endure the six months training the school has offered him.

At the end of the six months arduous training while working, it paid out, He was able to pass the licensing exams given to him with flying colors. The school became very interested in him and offered to hire him to teach in his school. He excitedly, accepted the offer and taught there for several years. After several years, he decided to start his own school. With the savings he had from long time driving and teaching, he decided to setup his own driving business which in time prospered. Manny started as a humble hgv driver but because of his aspiration to improve his life, he became a successful entrepreneur himself out of his skills by improving on it and his know-how.
